Misc thoughts

• Need to fix the marketplace—drivers don't pay for parking, pollution, petrol wars

• FRA crash regulations obstructing passenger rail (WES, Acela)

• Need to be strict regarding driving laws to protect others on or near roads

• Should bridges, freeways be funded as basic road network or self-funded w/tolls?

• They are unusually expensive, but surrounding areas can benefit

• Toll the Sellwood Bridge to make guests from other counties pay for it

• Feds could still coordinate projects between the states even without funding
